Currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development and Operational Excellence at Al Rajhi Takaful. she has played a vital role in the transformation of the organization by implementing innovative solutions that have greatly impacted the healthcare system in the Kingdom

With a career spanning over 17 years, Nabat specializes in various aspects of healthcare including strategy planning, product development, operational excellence, customer experience, population health management, and value-based healthcare. She remains committed to staying ahead of industry advancements by pursuing a master’s degree in healthcare management. Outside of her professional commitments, Nabat also contributes on national committees, societies, and associations. She is a board member for national registries, the national health information center in Saudi Arabia, and serves as a founder and member for the National Rehabilitation Committee in the Saudi Health Council.
