The PX Initiative Awards celebrate exceptional achievements in advancing the patient experience across the healthcare organizations. These awards honours institutions and individuals who have excelled in creating patient-centered environments, delivering care with both professional expertise and a compassionate understanding of each patient’s unique needs at every stage of their journey. By showcasing innovative practices, programs, and policies, the awards shine a spotlight on efforts that elevate patient engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being.

Designed to inspire excellence, the PX Initiative Awards recognize those setting new benchmarks in patient care. They encourage the adoption of forward-thinking strategies that redefine the patient journey, driving positive change across the healthcare spectrum. By highlighting these accomplishments, the awards serve as a powerful catalyst for improving the quality, safety, and humanity of care delivery.

4th April 2025 is the last date till when applications for the nominations and votes for the award categories will be accepted. Post this date no new applications will be accepted and all received nominations and votes will be collated, calculated and also shared with the Award Committee for their individual anonymous vote for each category.

The winner is declared with the highest number of votes and the vote from the award committee. Our team reaches out to the winner applicant to confirm their acceptance of the Award and shared details for their participation process at the Award Ceremony and Gala Networking Dinner.

The award categories mentioned below are focused exclusively on healthcare institutes (segmented for each category as per operations, specialization and sector) and solutions/technology for the patient care within the region.

Please note each of the below category can be further segmented subject to their size/specialization and operation structure. For Eg: • Specialised – Cancer Center / Rehabilitation / Women & Child Care • Scale of Operations – Largescale (>500 beds) | Mid-Scale (<500>300 beds | Regular (>300) • Operations – Private Sector/Government Sector
