Dr. Amanda Neikam

Amanda Neikam is the Senior Director of Patient Experience at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH). She leads a team dedicated to elevating patient satisfaction and ensuring the highest standards of care. Amanda holds a Doctorate of Management, an MBA and a Master of Health Administration.. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP). Amanda has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Maryland Global Campus, Colorado State University, and Southern New Hampshire University, teaching graduate healthcare administration courses. Her professional journey has encompassed many organizations specializing in trauma, emergency response, oncology, and ambulatory care.
