Adel Alshabaan

Adel is a seasoned healthcare management professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Health.Links, a healthcare consulting firm that partners with Press Ganey, a global leader in driving improvement in healthcare.

Throughout his career, Adel has developed comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry, spanning various domains such as strategy, research, marketing and provision. He is deeply passionate about enhancing patient experience in the Middle East and has dedicated his efforts to developing programs that ensure patients receive the care they deserve and the support they need throughout their healing journey.

As recognized expert in patient experience, Adel is a frequent speaker at industry events, addressing the intersection between patient experience, caregiver engagement, safety and quality.

His academic pursuits included publishing, participating in curriculum development for the Saudi Commission for Healthcare Specialties, Press Ganey and Planetree, and imparting his knowledge through teaching.

Adel holds a Master of Science degree in Biopharmacy from King’s College London and MBA from Hult University. His expertise and commitment to patient-centered care have made him a valuable asset to the healthcare industry.
