Alice Clayton

Alice has been working within the measurement team at NHS Elect since graduating with her Master’s degree five years ago. During this time, she has been working across NHS organisations to provide high quality analytics support, using data to help support, understand and improve patient pathways at a national level.

As part of this work, Alice has developed an interest in understanding patient and staff experience. She has been involved in the publication of two experience studies, one looking at the experience of 377 NHS staff, and another looking at the experience of over 600 patients living with frailty. Alice also regularly works with individual NHS teams to support them in understanding and improving the experience of their patients and staff.
