Holding a Mechanical Engineering degree and an MBA in Operations Management, he is also a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Specializing in Lean healthcare, Alam has led significant improvements across patient care, including a 25% boost in operating room turnover, a 31% reduction in OPD waiting times, and a 50% cut in Door-to-Doctor wait times in the ER, among others.
