With over a decade of experience across medical affairs, clinical research, and strategic leadership, I’ve been fortunate to work at the intersection of science, innovation, and impact.

My journey has been deeply rooted in oncology, where I led cross-functional teams, driving medical excellence, trial strategies, and system-wide collaboration to improve patient outcomes. Throughout my roles, I developed a strong belief that leadership in medicine is about direction, alignment, and trust.

Today, as Country Medical Director at Roche Saudi Arabia, I’m proud to contribute to the Kingdom’s healthcare transformation by building local capabilities, accelerating access to innovation, and ensuring that everything we do as a company is grounded in purpose. I’m especially passionate about advancing Saudi Arabia’s position as a regional hub for clinical research and personalized medicine in line with Vision 2030.
