Heidi Health

Dr. Scott Fraser is an innovative leader in HealthTech and Digital Transformation, uniquely positioned by combining two decades of experience in Medical Education (MedEd) and Medical Technology (MedTech) with a proven track record in high-growth startups. A foundational member of the Heidi Health team, he helped establish and scale the company, which is building an AI Care Partner to expand clinical capacity by automating administrative work. His most significant achievement to date was helping spearhead Heidi’s explosive growth into the UK National Health Service (NHS), taking the platform from a nascent stage to covering approximately 60% of the NHS in a single 12-month period. HeidiHealth is now recognised as the market leader in the UK, in addition to similar status in Australia and New Zealand.

Dr. Fraser’s work is driven by a focus on returning time to healthcare providers, ensuring clinicians can focus on their patients and in doing so, improving patient experience. He has championed and collaborated on key strategic rollouts that have successfully removed more than 90% of administrative time for healthcare workers by automating documentation, form filling, and task management. This focus ensures that cutting-edge, AI-driven technology translates directly into measurable, real-world improvements in clinical workflow and capacity. Today, Heidi supports more than 2 million consults each week.

Currently, as the Vice President, GCC for Heidi Health, Dr. Fraser is responsible for leading and overseeing the company’s strategic expansion and adoption across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) market. Having been with Heidi Health since its inception, he brings a deep, holistic, and institutional understanding of Ai pre-GPT, and scaling innovative solutions and navigating the complexities of deploying healthcare technology in diverse global markets, all while adhering to international security standards.
