Cynthia Khawaja brings over 22 years of progressive leadership in the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and patient-centered care. She holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing, a Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Management, a Master’s in Quality and Safety with Risk Control in Care, and is currently a DBA and PhD candidate in Healthcare Administration at EIU-Paris. She is CPHQ certified, Six Sigma Green Belt certified, PMP certified, and serves as a CBAHI Surveyor for the Nursing Chapter.

As Director of Nursing at Dallah Healthcare, she plays a pivotal role in advancing clinical standards, leading accreditation efforts, and championing initiatives that enhance the patient experience. A passionate patient advocate, she works to ensure care delivery is aligned with compassion, safety, and individual needs. She is dedicated to building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and empathy in healthcare settings.
