With over 16 years experience in healthcare. He has proven track record , demonstrated proficiency in healthcare started as Critical Care Manager to Project Director and now as Director of Nursing. His strong background make him an extensive expertise , completed his Master Degree in Advance Nursing (2009), Nottingham UK and finally completed Master Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (2011) ,Birmingham UK. He was skilled in supervising and organizing nursing staff overseeing operations in large hospital environment as a dynamic and results-driven DON.
