Amira Elian

Amira Ishaq Elian is a well-recognized healthcare quality and patient safety expert with over 20 years of experience across leading healthcare quality projects in Jordan, Middle east, Africa, and in the region. She currently serves as Manager of the Consultation Unit at the Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC) in Jordan, where she leads national and regional projects, quality improvement initiatives, and capacity-building programs to transform systems focus towards Safety and quality. Amira is a certified HCAC healthcare surveyor, consultant, and trainer, with expertise in patient safety, staff engagement, accreditation preparation, and strategic quality management. She has worked extensively with the Ministry of Health, UNICEF, WHO, and other global partners, and is recognized as a dynamic speaker and consultant passionate about advancing patient- and staff-centered care.
